Hello, It is a cloudy Monday morning. Hope you had a Happy Mother’s Day.

Patty’s visitors at Swiss Villa this week have been: Doris Chase, Lana Kelly, Carolyn McClellan; and on Friday evening Patty and the lady she shares a room with, Ona Holiday had a room full of visitors. They were: Denny and Mary Lou Bowman, Marilyn Owen (a resident) and Glenda Sullivan. It is good to have company.

Last week Denny and Mary Lou Bowman had a busy weekend with a quick trip to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to help bring home their granddaughter Ryllyn Heffelfinger who completed her freshman year at Coe college. Then Sunday morning went to Northern Kentucky University to watch their granddaughter Sidney Bowman, who graduated from NKU Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Environmental Science. Congratulations Sidney.

Sympathy to the families of Eleanor Aldred, Ann Pike, Teresa Jester, and Sonny Westrick of Carrollton, Kentucky.

On Saturday Janet and Linda Brown of Lexington, Kentucky were in Vevay for the funeral of Eleanor Aldred and while here visited with Carolyn Lowe and did some flower decorating at Vevay, Markland and Florence cemeteries.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth camped at Clifty Falls in Madison over the weekend. Roy’s birthday was Sunday as well as Mother’s Day so Michelle, Randy, and Kaden McClure, Kierstan, Kage and Cashton Cunningham of Hanover were there Saturday evening for a meal. Happy birthday to Roy and Happy Mother’s Day Bonnie.

Tracy Seale at The Waters in Madison called Glenda Sullivan Friday morning to let her know she wasn’t feeling good and not to bring lunch — not even her Diet Coke. She had bronchitis and some other issues. It wasn’t a good Mother’s Day for her. Clayton and Devin Seale had planned to pick her up and take her home for Sunday but this needed to be put off till next weekend. Get well Tracy.

Have a great week. Be Safe.
