True to tradition, the Vevay High School Alumni will host its annual luncheon and meeting this Saturday, August 26th, at the Switzerland High School cafeteria.
The luncheon will begin at noon, directly after the Swiss Wine Festival parade. The cost of the luncheon is $17 at the door. The organizing committee encourages everyone to make reservations in advance due to limited seating.
Alumni have received a notice in the mail. All reservations must be sent to Karen Miller, 8783 E. State Road 156, Vevay, Indiana, 47043. Checks need to be made payable to Vevay Alumni.
The Class of 1967 will be the Honor Class of 50 years.
New this year will be entertainment! A group of former choir and band students will be performing in honor of Mr. Walter Lambert, Music Director, who will be leading them in song! Any former choir or band members are invited to join, and there will be a rehearsal on Friday evening, August 25th, at 6:30 at the Switzerland Baptist Church on Main Cross Street in Vevay.
There may also be some other surprises this year, so you do not want to miss this years’ alumni meeting.
