To the Editor:
I would like to say thank you to Sheriff Hughes and his deputies. I really appreciate all of the hard work you all have been doing on Markland Pike. It seems to have had a positive effect with most of the speeding drivers.
However, you still have the drivers who think if there are no police cars to be seen they can get away with speeding. Anyway, thanks again and keep up the good work.
