The survey is strictly confidential and is being conducted under the direction of Ivy Tech Southeast in Madison and the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission in Versailles.
Please direct any questions regarding the survey to Mary McCarty of the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission at (812) 689-5505.
