‘Scramble for Sight’ set for this Saturday


The Switzerland County Lions Club’s 26th annual ‘Scramble for Sight’ golf scramble will be held this Saturday, September 7th. The scramble will be held at Vineyard Golf Course in Quercus Grove, and proceeds benefit county residents who are in need of assistance with eye care; and also to support various contributions that the club makes to the community.

The scramble will begin at 8:30 a.m., and the format will feature four-person teams. The entry fee is $200 per team, and there is also an optional ‘skins’ game for $20.

The scramble is limited to 34 teams, so those wanting to participate should register as soon as possible.
