The Switzerland County School Board will hold its regular monthly meeting this Monday, July 18th.
The meeting will be held at the Administration Building on West Main Street, and will begin at 6 p.m. There is no executive session scheduled.
Items on Monday’s agenda include:
– In old business: there will be consideration of the 2016-2017 Parent/Student handbook for the high school.
-New business: a discussion of Community Mental Health MOU; AdTec agreement; Go Solutions Indiana service agreement; an update of the support staff evaluation form; credit card payment authorization; additional personnel bonding; a price policy statement for the food service free and reduced lunch program; consideration of bus sales; and a contract for a 21st Century consultant.
– Personnel: employee resignation; employment recommendations; ECA position recommendations for the middle school and high school; and payroll adjustments for specific employees.
– There is also a time for staff professional development requests; field trip requests; and use of facilities requests. There will also be announcements from the superintendent; comments by school board members; and a time for public comments.
