The town of Patriot is again hosting its popular “Music in the Park” series this summer at the Patriot ballpark shelter off of Third Street.
Here’s a rundown of this summer’s entertainment.:
– “Identity Crisis” will be performing classic rock this Saturday, July 9th, from 6-10 p.m. Everyone should note this date and time change.
– Sunday, August 14th will see “Southern Sky” performing Kentucky Bluegrass music for the series from 2-5 p.m.
– The series will conclude on Sunday, September 18th, when “Teenage Cadillac” performs rock selections from the 1980s and up from 2-5 p.m.
Concessions will be available at each concert, provided by the Patriot Volunteer Fire Department; and the series is jointly sponsored by the Patriot Town Council and the Patriot/Posey Park Board.
