The Ohio River Valley Conference has released its “Players of the Week” and “Top Performers” for the week of December 3rd-8th, and Switzerland County players Kyle Green and Mark Sharp were honored as “Top Performers”.
Kyle Green was honored for his 14 points and four rebounds versus Southwestern.
Mark Sharp was honored for his eight points, 10 assists, and three steals versus Southwestern.
No members of the Switzerland County Lady Pacers were honored this week because Switzerland County did not have a game during the time period.

The conference has also released statistical leaders:
– In girls basketball:
Courtney Cole is third in the conference in scoring with an average of 17.2 points per game. She’s also fourth in rebounding with an average of 6.8 per game.
April Thieman is third in the conference in rebounding with an average of 7.2 per game.
Amber Smith is eighth in the conference in the number of three-pointers made with six.
– In boys basketball:
Kyle Green leads the ORVC in scoring with an average of 16.5 points per game; and is tied for third in the conference in rebounding with an average of seven per game. He is tied for third in freethrow percentage at .800; and is third in the number of three-pointers made with 10.
Brennan Bragg is tied for the lead in the conference in field goal percentage at .667; and is seventh in rebounding with a per game average of 6.3.
Mark Sharp leads the conference in assists with 31; and Brandon Otter is 10th in field goal percentage at .520.
