The Ohio River Valley Conference has released its “Top Performers” and “Players of the Week” for the time period of January 31st through February 5th, and Switzerland County players Kristen Perry, Becca Sittloh and Adam Clark have been honored as “Top Performers”.
In girls basketball, Becca Sittloh was honored for her 15 points, two steals, two rebounds, and five assists versus Madison Shawe.
Kristen Perry was honored for her 31 points, 21 rebounds, and 10 assists in two games.
Other conference players honored as “Top Performers” include: Becca Wagner and Hailee Sizemore of Jac-Cen-Del; Jessica Foster and Kasey King of South Ripley; Kendra Hudson and Megan Pickett of Rising Sun; Kelsey Jones of Southwestern; and Hana Roberts of Madison Shawe.
Alyssa Hammond of Jac-Cen-Del and Kennedy Oser of Rising Sun were honored as the conference’s “Players of the Week.”
In statistical leaders for girls basketball:
– Kristen Perry is seventh in the conference in scoring with an average of 11.6 points per game; and is fifth in the conference in rebounding with an average of 7.3 per game. She is fourth in the league in assists with 52; seventh in the number of three-pointers made with 15; and second in freethrow percentage at .758.
– Trisha Smith leads the conference in field goal percentage at .542 and also is third in the conference in freethrow shooting percentage at .727. She is 10th in scoring with an average of 10.2 points per game; and is eighth in the league in rebounding with an average of 6.4 per game.
– Hayley South is eighth in the conference in scoring with an average of 11.1 points per game; is 10th in the ORVC in rebounding with an average of 6.2 per game; and is 10th in the conference in field goal percentage at .429.
– Becca Sittloh is second in the ORVC in assists with 65; and is third in the conference in the number of three-point field goals made with 33.
– Bre Hinman is fifth in assists with 47.

Adam Clark was honored as a “Top Performer” in boys basketball for the week.
He was spotlighted for his 24 points, 20 rebounds, three assists and three steals over a two-game span.
Other conference players earning “Top Performer” honors included: Michael Kring, Jacob Sanders, and Nico Mingione of Madison Shawe; Derek Lunsford of Jac-Cen-Del; Tyler Jones of Rising Sun; and Hunter Means and Caleb Jones of Southwestern.
Trevor Arnett of Jac-Cen-Del and Trey Sparks of South Ripley were honored as the conference’s “Players of the Week.”
In statistical leaders for boys basketball:
- Keegan Kincaid leads the ORVC in scoring with an average of 15.5 points per game and also leads the league in the number of three-point field goals made with 38. He is sixth in freethrow percentage at .740; is fourth in the number of assists with 51; and is 10th in the conference in rebounding with an average of 4.7 per game.
– Adam Clark is second in the conference in rebounding with an average of 7.8 per game; and is second in field goal percentage at .532.
– Tyler Queen is sixth in the conference in the number of three point field goals made with 27.
– Trevor Smith is 10th in the ORVC in assists with 31.
