Another week – another set of honors for Switzerland County Lady Pacer Courtney Cole.
Officials from Lawrenceburg High School have announced the All-Sectional team for girls basketball; and Courtney Cole is the only member of the Switzerland County Lady Pacers to be included on the squad.
Other players honored include: Kendall Withered, Devin Brierly, and Sarah Roth of champion Southwestern; Emma Shoaf and Elise Stephens of runner up Hauser; Kelly Stutler of Milan; Katie Gahimer of North Decatur; Emily Rennekamp of Lawrenceburg; and Erica Ester of South Ripley.
Courtney Cole has also been notified that she has earned a place on the Indiana State girls “Top 60” list of players.
That means she is considered one of the top 60 senior players in the state, and she will join her fellow honorees this Sunday, March 16th, for the “Top 60 Workout”, which will be held in Indianapolis.
The members of the Indiana All Star team have traditionally come from the Top 60 Workout; and the event will be attended by college coaches at all levels.
