Kendal R. Miller of Dillsboro, has received the the Kate Milner Rabb Award the highest honor rom the Woman’s Press Club of Indiana. Miller is a professional photographer, photo journalist and communications specialist who has been a member of WPCI since 2009.
She is the owner of Frames, Phrases & Photography by Kendal, LLC, which she operates out of the Ohio County farmhouse she shares with husband Lenny. In her day job she is executive director of Rising Sun/Ohio County Tourism. The Kate Milner Rabb Award is named for a Depression Era (1929-31) president of WPCI who wrote a column for the Indianapolis Star. A building at Indiana University is name after her. The award is given for excellence in communications and special service to the organization. She received awards in the WPCI annual Communications Contest.
