The Switzerland County Middle School cross country team is continuing to have an outstanding season.
On Tuesday, September 14th, the teams competed in the Graceland Invitational.
The Lady Pacer squad finished fourth overall out of 16 teams and 141 runners.
Audrey Kinne led the team with an 18th place finish; while Cameron Ray was 23rd; McKayli Scudder was 24th; and Melissa Furnish was 45th. Courtney Pedraza finished 61st; Adeli Kinne was 71st; and Anna Roberts finished 109th.
The boys team finished seventh overall out of 22 teams and 191 runners.
Talen Taylor was ninth; Bralin Harsin was 32nd; Charlie Reynolds was 42nd; Casper Stow was 49th; Will Pike was 62nd; Alex Herbert was 72nd; and Austin South was 98th.

On September 16th, the squads participated in a three-way meet at South Ripley along with Milan.
The Lady Pacers were second in the meet with a score of 39; as South Ripley won with 19; and Milan finished with 75.
Individually, McKayli Scudder led the way with a fifth place finish in a time of 14:53. Cameron Ray was sixth in a time of 15:14; Audrey Kinne was seventh in 15:36; Melissa Furnish was eighth in 15:37; Courtney Pedraza was 13th in 16:26; Adeli Kinne was 14th in 16:45; and Emma Giglio was 18th in 18:12.
The boys won the meet, with South Ripley finishing second and Milan not having enough runners to record a team score.
Individually, Talen Taylor was the meet winner with a time of 11:51; followed by Matt Yocum in fourth place in a time of 13:13. Charlie Reynolds was fifth in 13:17; Casper Stow was ninth in a time of 13:56; and Michael Scott was 10th in a time of 14:04.
Other Pacer runners included: Austin South in 11th; Gaige Cohen in 13th; Alex Herbert in 15th; Hunter Hayes in 16th; Ryan Brubaker in 19th; Matt Roland in 20th; Will Pike in 21st; Jacob Schwan in 24th; and Chris Snyder in 25th.
