State Representative Jud McMillin will be leading a group from the Indiana Economic Development Commission today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) through Southeastern Indiana – including Switzerland County.
The group will be in Switzerland County today (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. at the Switzerland County Economic Development Corporation office on Ferry Street.
The group will be meeting with Corporation President Jon Bond and will also tour available industrial sites, including the Markland Business Park.
“This is an effort to show them our area of the State and make them aware of the numerous sites we have for economic development opportunities,” Representative McMillin said. “They work closely with companies from all over the world that are looking to locate in Indiana. With their help I am hopeful that we will be attract some opportunities here to southeastern Indiana.”
