The Ohio River Valley Conference has announced its list of “Top Performers” and “Players of the Week” in girls and boys basketball for the time period of January 12th-17th; and Switzerland County’s Mark Sharp was honored as the “Player of the Week” in boys basketball; while Lady Pacers Kristen Perry, Jenna Daugherty, and Maggie Armstrong were honored as “Top Performers” in girls basketball.
Mark Sharp earned the honor by scoring 24 points, pulling down five rebounds, and dishing out eight assists in last Friday’s win over Southwestern.
“Top Performers” in boys basketball included: Blake Sutton, Matt Gehl, and Gerald Hardesty of Jac-Cen-Del; and Alex Walker, Zach Elza, and Chris Walker of Milan.

Kristen Perry earned the honor by scoring 46 points and pulling down 11 over a three game span.
Jenna Daugherty earned the honor by scoring 10 points and pulling down 7 rebounds against Lawrenceburg.
Maggie Armstrong earned the honor by scoring 12 points, and having four rebounds, four assists, and five steals against Lawrenceburg.
Other players earning “Top Performer” recognition included: Becca Wagner, Val Wagner and Kristen Hicks of Jac-Cen-Del; Kayla Ferriera of Rising Sun; Becca Haugh and Brittany Lewis of Milan; and Rachel Muessel and Hana Roberts of Madison Shawe.
Ebony Inskeep of Madison Shawe and Kelly Stutler of Milan were honored as the conference’s “Players of the Week.”
