The Switzerland County Lady Pacer varsity golf team will participate in the IHSAA Golf Sectional this Saturday in Bedford, and the Lady Pacers are prepping for tournament play with some final matches.
Last Wednesday Switzerland County finished second in a three-way meet at Vineyard. Lawrenceburg won the meet with a score of 208; followed by Switzerland County with 215; and Southwestern had 238.
Individually, Morgan Ross fired a 51 to lead the team; followed by Laci Daugherty with a 52 and Jenna Daugherty with a 54. Kelsi South had a 58; Emily Lanman had a 59; Karoline Park had a 63; and Hilary Lanman had a 67.

The girls golf team completed its regular season on Tuesday night by defeating Madison and South Ripley at the Sunrise Golf Course in Madison.
The Lady Pacers finished with a team score of 219 to defeat Madison (220) and South Ripley (232).
Individually, Switzerland County was led by Morgan Ross and Tiffany Lucas, who each fired a 52; and Jenna Daugherty added a 54. Kelsi South had a 60; Emily Lanman had a 61; Karoline Park had a 64; and Laci Daugherty had a 66.
