– This past Monday, September 20th, the Lady Pacers were home against Christian Academy, and came away with a 4-1 win.

Sophomore Emily White scored three goals and senior Raven Young scored the fourth in the contest. “The defense seemed rested and did a great job. Midfield was able to keep the ball pushed forward in that game,” the Lady Pacer coach said.

– Tuesday night Switzerland County traveled to Southwestern to take on the Lady Rebels, and the Lady Pacers emerged with a convincing 6-1 victory.

Scoring goals in the game were sophomore Emily White with two goals and two assists; freshman Lauren Haskell with two goals; freshman Bre Ricketts with a goal and freshman Mercedes Parham with a goal.

“The whole team went out and did what they were supposed to do,” Coach Leap stated. “Freshman Erika Coy went in the goal in the second half of the game, replacing senior Kim Cox. Erika shut out Southwestern from scoring in the second half.”
