The Switzerland County High School girls varsity golf team has completed three golf meets so far this season.
– On Monday, August 1st, the Lady Pacers played in a home dual meet against Jac-Cen-Del. Neither team had enough players to have a team score. Riley King was the medalist with a 54. Alysa Parr shot a 63 and Mattea Edwards had a 72.
-On Friday, August 5th, the team traveled to Sunrise Golf Course in Madison for a four-way meet. Shawe won the match with 192. Switzerland County was represented by three players in the meet, so they could not record a team score. Individually, Alysa Parr and Riley King both came in with a 59; and Mattea Edwards shot a 72.
– On Thursday, August 11th, the team competed in a three-way match at the Dearborn Country Club. The Lady Pacers placed second, only losing by one stroke behind South Dearborn. Lawrenceburg also participated in the meet. Individual scores included: Riley King with a 58; Alysa Parr with a 62; Mattea Edwards with a 69; and Abbie Christman with a 69.
