Keegan Kincaid honored by ORVC


The Ohio River Valley Conference has released its “Top Performers” and “Players of the Week” for the time period of February 14th-19th, and Switzerland County player Keegan Kincaid has been honored as a “Top Performer”.

Keegan Kincaid was honored for his 23 points and seven assists versus Jac-Cen-Del.

Other conference players earning “Top Performer” honors included: Michael Kring of Madison Shawe; Matt Speer of Jac-Cen-Del; Nathan Hannan of Rising Sun; and John Herzog and Brayden Voss of Milan.

Trevor Arnett of Jac-Cen-Del and Matt Armstrong of Madison Shawe were honored as the conference’s “Players of the Week.”

In statistical leaders for boys basketball:

- Keegan Kincaid leads the ORVC in scoring with an average of 16.4 points per game and also leads the league in the number of three-point field goals made with 46. He is fifth in freethrow percentage at .750; and is fourth in the number of assists with 63.

– Adam Clark leads the conference in rebounding with an average of 8.1 per game; is fifth in the conference in scoring at 12.3 points per game; and is second in field goal percentage at .587.

– Tyler Queen is ninth in the conference in the number of three point field goals made with 24.
