Junior leader to sponsor baby contest at Navy Bean Fest

The Ohio County 4-H Junior Leaders are sponsoring a baby contest during the 2018 Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival on Friday, Oct. 12th at 6:30 p.m. at Heritage Hall on Main Street.

The Ohio County 4-H Junior Leaders are sponsoring a baby contest during the 2018 Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival on Friday, Oct. 12th at 6:30 p.m. at Heritage Hall on Main Street.
The Navy Beans & Sweet Baby Genes Contest is open to all Ohio County residents with an entry fee of $10 per baby. Registration is due by 4 pm on Thursday, Oct. 11th at the Ohio County Extension Office, 412 Main St. in Rising Sun.
There will be 12 classes. For each of the first eight, babies should be dressed in white onesies.

Class 1 (0-3 months) born July 14-October 11, 2018
Class 3 (3-6 months) born April 13-July 13, 2018
Class 5 (6-9 months) born January 12-April 12, 208
Class 7 (9-12 months) born October 11, 2017-January 11, 2018
Cutest Little Bean Sprout (Boys)
Class 2 (0-3 months) born July 14-October 11, 2018
Class 4 (3-6 months) born April 13-July 13, 2018
Class 6 (6-9 months) born January 12-April 12, 208
Class 8 (9-12 months) born October 11, 2017-January 11, 2018
For classes 9 through 12, babies should be dressed in cute fall outfits.

You may enter your baby in more than one class for a single $10 fee, providing he or she is the appropriate age for that class. For example, you have a 4 month old girl. If you choose to do so, she could be entered in one, two or all three of the following: Class 3 (her age group for girls), Class 9 (girl with her grandparent) and Class 11 (Miss Baby Bean).
