Debi Sefton! Pat Gray of London, Kentucky has nominated her daughter, Debi Sefton of Moorefield for this week’s “Good for You!” award.

She took time out of her busy schedule to come home and take care of her ailing mother for a few days after I had surgery. She makes a great nurse, and I could not have done it without her. I love her and thank her very much.”
