The Switzerland County High School boys golf team, struggling all year to have enough players to record a team score, fell short again on Monday as the squad participated in a four-team match at Grand Victoria in Rising Sun.
Lawrenceburg won the match with a team score of 178; followed by Rising Sun and South Dearborn in a tie with 197. Switzerland County only had three golfers participate, and four are needed to record a team score.
Individually for the Pacers, Walter Barnes had a 44; Zack Daugherty had a 51; and Alex Curran finished with a 54.
Last Thursday, the Pacers again only had two golfers in a three-team event at Belterra.
South Ripley won the meet with a score of 192; followed by Jac-Cen-Del with a 206.
Pacer Walter Barnes had a 45; and Zack Daugherty fired a 53.
