The Switzerland County High School boys varsity golf team continued its season this past week with three matches.
On Wednesday, May 2nd, the Pacers fell to South Ripley in a dual meet by a score of 199-210.
For Switzerland County, Tanner Ross was the medalist with a round of 46; followed by Jordan Hinman with a 52; Daniel Welch with a 55; Noah Hughes with a 56; Mark Sharp with a 57; Jeff Mullins with a 58; and Kyle Walcott with a 68.
On Thursday, May 3rd, Switzerland County hosted a three-way meet with Southwestern and Milan.
Milan won the meet with a score of 158; followed by Southwestern with 161 and Switzerland County with 185.
The Pacers were led by Daniel Welch with a 43; and he was followed by Jordan Hinman and Tanner Ross, both with scores of 47. Jordan Hewitt fired a 48; Trenton Ricketts had a 53; Tyler Johnson and Kyle Walcott each had a 55; Noah Hughes had a 60; and Jeff Mullins had a 65.
This past Tuesday, the Pacers participated in a three-way meet with Milan and Shawe Memorial.
Shawe Memorial won the meet with a score of 175; followed by Milan with 182 and Switzerland County with 203.
Jordan Hinman fired a 46 to earn medalist honors for the Pacers; followed by Tanner Ross with a 47; Daniel Welch with a 53; Jordan Hewitt with a 57; and Tyler Johnson with a 62.
