Braden Burk of Vevay recently competed in the state track meet for 13-14 year olds that serves as the qualifier for the USATF Junior Olympics. He earned Gold Medals in the 800-meter run; the 1,500-meter run; and the 3,000-meter run. He will now travel to Illinois this Tuesday, July 14th, to compete in the Region 7 Junior Olympic trials.
