Freshman boys fall to Milan, 42-18

The Switzerland County High School freshman boys basketball team opened its season on Monday night with a 42-18 defeat at the hands of Milan.

Kyle Konkle was the leading scorer with six points; while T.J. White added four points and three rebounds.

Chance Grubbs had three points and three rebounds; and Michael Savage also had three points and two steals. Tanner Jones had the team’s other two points.

Also participating were Nate Hunter, Micah Works, Sean Oatman, Vince Hernandez, Ronnie Smith, and Jimmy Meyer.

The team is coached by Sean McGarvey.
