We had a good visit with Pauline Johnson when she got tired of the snow and ventured out to Vevay Thursday.
We had church Sunday with a few more than last Sunday. Maybe we can all get back soon.
Alberta Pickett is having some health issues. Get well prayers for her.
The Swiss Idol auditions will be Saturday, March 7th, at the Hoosier Theater. They were canceled earlier due to the weather.
Margaret Lee Weidmann’s company was Kevin Scudder, Kay O’Neal, Randy and Lorraine Brown and Floyd Wiltz. Margaret Lee and Kay were shopping in Madison Thursday. Lorraine is much improved and is able to cook for all of them again. Cheryl Messmore has been feeling bad but will try to go back to work this week.
It’s good to know that Sharon Ballard is at home after therapy at Swiss Villa. She is still under a doctor’s care. Get well prayers for Sharon.
Bonnie Duckworth is doing very well after her hip replacement. Sherry Howard, Becky Curlin, Levi and Ethan visited Bonnie when she came home from King’s Daughters’ Hospital. They brought her homemade soup. Kindergarten class made her get well cards that Sherry and Becky brought to her.
Ken and Sylvia Byars, Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Patty Chase, Glenda Sullivan and Nadine Swift met at Roxano’s Thursday night to celebrate Glenda and Nadine’s birthdays. A good time was had by all.
Gary, Karen and David Wentworth, Ken and Sylvia Byars, Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Casey, Sheila and Tiffany Rininger, Charles Pickett, Patty Chase and Glenda Sullivan had lunch at sunset Grill near Warsaw and celebrated Glenda’s birthday again Sunday.
Genevieve Truitt had a lovely birthday celebration at the nursing home in Dillsboro. Verle Truitt, Roger Truitt, Barb Finley, Roy and Bonnie Duckworth and Marcus Duckworth all enjoyed the cake and ice cream that Roger and Barb brought. They also brought cookies for the other residents. Verlene Sharp called and sent flowers to her mom. Andy, Lisa, Dominic and Sophia Sharp also called from Evansville with birthday wishes. Happy 82nd birthday, Genevieve.

Monday Richard and Janet Sullivan of Westport had lunch with Margie Whitham. Janet stayed to visit while Richard came to Vevay to visit Glenda Sullivan and Faye Lewis. Faye’s other company was Mark Scott, Mary Evelyn Pohlman, Gertrude Voris and grandson Joe Rader, Jean Sandidge and Evelyn Smith.
