Jean’s brother Steve Brady, wife Traci, Matt, Destiny and Chandler joined them there. Happy Birthday February 19th to Keith Little. It was the big 50. Late birthday wishes to Brandon Little who turned 21 on January 10th. Also happy birthday to Liz Little on January 30th.

Leona Adams birthday was January 16th and she was unhappy that day because no one came to take her out to celebrate. Her son Paul James always takes her out but she talked to him on the phone and he said he didn’t have time to talk. Her daughter Vickie in Texas also was on the phone but not much was said about the birthday. The next day she was still unhappy and Richard said go answer the door. It was Paul and Vickie. He had to cut the phone call short the day before because he had to go to the airport to pick up Vickie. So it was a good belated birthday anyway. Mike James and the rest of the family came too.

Leona’s Aunt Gin and her son Nick Newbold from Villa Hills, Kentucky visited her Wednesday and they had lunch at Granny’s. Aunt Gin goes to all the fancy restaurants at home but she prefers the simple hometown restaurants at Vevay where she can get liver and onions.

Leona’s sister-in-law Lois Stutzman is at home in Rising Sun after having a pacemaker surgery. Keep her in your prayers.

Ginny Ann Adams and Mary Lou Sloan had lunch at Mo’s one day and visited the Vevay Cemetery where her mom Mable is buried.

We had a nice visit with Billy and Mary Lynn Jewell at Jimmy and Mary Simmons’ in Vevay Sunday. Billy and Mary (Jewell) sister Thelma Seal fell and broke her hip. Keep her in your prayers. She is at King’s Daughters’ right now.

We send our sympathy out for Nadine Hankinson. Nadine was a lovely lady. Sympathy also to the Bev Parrott family.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Ken and Sylvia Byars, Charles and Alberta Pickett, David Smith, Gary Wentworth, David Wentworth, Nancy Johnson, Judy Lozier, Glenda Sullivan, Patty Chase and Nadine Swift all met at Granny’s Sunday to celebrate Charles Pickett’s birthday. Happy birthday, Chuck.

Richard and Janet Sullivan of Westport met Tracy, Clayton and Devin Seale of North Vernon at the Ponderosa in Madison to celebrate Devin’s 11th birthday Sunday, Happy birthday Devin. The next Sunday Richard and Janet visited Margie Whitham at Swiss Villa, and later visited Glenda Sullivan in Vevay before going to Madison to meet Squeaky and Jeanette Knaus to go visit Tracy Seale at the Waters of Clifty. Richard, Janet, Squeaky and Jeanette later had supper at Madison. Cindy Geis of North Vernon and Sondra Hyde of Madison also visited Tracy.
