  David Wentworth was second place in a bowling tournament in Indianapolis on Saturday. Good for you, David.

  Roy and Bonnie Duckworth had Friday evening dinner with Randy, Michelle, Kiersten and Kaden McClure at Hanover. Kiersten fixed the delicious dinner.

  Judy Lozier, LoriAnn Lozier and Willie Leach visited Nancy Johnson on Friday for her birthday. Saturday Judy, LeAnn, LoriAnn Lozier and Caleb and Jose and Nancy all went to Outback to further celebrate Nancy’s birthday. After they at they went to get their Christmas trees. They said they had a nice visit with Rod and Angie Chase while eating at Outback.

  Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Charles and Alberta Pickett, Glenda Sullivan, Judy Lozier and Patty Chase enjoyed breakfast on Saturday morning at Sunset Grill near Warsaw.

  Charles and Alberta Pickett had Sunday dinner at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Carrollton.

  Ken and Sylvia Byars, Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Gary, Karen and David Wentworth, Glenda Sullivan, Judy Lozier, Nancy Johnson, Don Smith and Patty Chase all met at Madison Ponderosa on Sunday to celebrate David Wentworth’s birthday.

  Happy birthday to Mike Johnson.

  I got a nice letter from Joyce and Vernon Romans from South Carolina saying they enjoy the Vevay paper and the poems by Wendell Berry. She sent a copy of the December 2018 “Southern Living” magazine that contained a Wendell Berry poem to show to Pat Lanman. She also said her sister Jerrie and Vince Shields visited them in October and went on to Savannah. Vernon’s sister Janice, visited them in August and Kip and Pam visited last years. She said ‘happy holidays’ to all.

  Nadine Swift, Glenda Sullivan and Patty Chase went to University of Louisville hospital on Tuesday for Patty’s appointment. Thanks to Nadine for driving and to her and Glenda for waiting so long while Patty had a small procedure and was asleep for a while. She got a good report.

  Get well wishes go out for Wayne Daugherty, Beverly Davis, Joe Johnson, Larry Wentworth, Gail Ann Newton Clements, Lila Bear, Richard Sullivan and all in need.
