Betty Hargrove and Patty Chase visited Linda May Jones on her birthday at Fairway Inn where she works. Several others dropped in with presents.

Nancy Johnson, Willie Leach, Judy Lozier, Mike Johnson, LeAnn, Caleb, Jose, and LoriAnn all had a good dinner at LeAnn’s in Georgetown, Kentucky on Saturday.

Teresa Turner enjoyed the Amish dinner at Center Square.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth had Thanksgiving dinner with Marc, Tehya, John and Maggie Duckworth at Independence, Kentucky.

Dale and Danilee Thompson are both doing well now. They visit in Florence and attend the Church of Christ.

Sylvia Byars attended the International Conference of Missions at Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati and enjoyed the exhibits and old friends.

Connie Riddle had Thanksgiving dinner with Denny and Mary Lou Bowman.

Nadine Swift visited the Florence Church of Christ on Sunday night.

Mark Scott and Nancy Johnson celebrated their birthdays at Sunset Grill near Warsaw on Sunday with Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Patty Chase, Glenda Sullivan, Charles and Alberta Pickett, Ken and Sylvia Byars, Judy Lozier, Gary, Karen and David Wentworth and Don Smith.

Many Switzerland County people went to the visitation for Harold Hayes and Shirley Slack at Rising Sun. Sympathy to them.

Ginny Adams’ lights were out in Cincinnati when we had the power outage so she came to stay with Richard and Leona Adams for a few days.

Charles and Alberta Pickett visited with Frank Rininger and family on Thanksgiving. They also visited Peggy White, Terry Voris, Jimmy Sublett, Sheila, Casey and Tiffany Rininger.

Margaret Lee Weidmann and Randy, Lorraine and Ryan Brown visited with Kay O’Neal, Betty Hargrove, Kathleen Bolton, Joe Johnson, Chad, Carey, Sloan and McKenzie Brown of South Carolina, Paul and Jason Messmore, Carrie Doll of Bright, Shawn, Lisa, Gavin and A.J. Messmore of Bright, Bobby Brown of Illinois and Cheryl Messmore. Lorraine had a delicious Thanksgiving meal for the family.

On Thanksgiving day several had dinner at Richard and Janet Sullivan’s of Westport. They were Tracy, Clayton and Devin Seale, Jeanette and Christy Knaus, Chance and Addie Hinman, Kayla Davis, Cindy Gets, Chelsea Mellen, Janice and Bryant Tuley, Patty Chase and Glenda Sullivan.

On Monday Richard Sullivan will have a knee replacement surgery at Columbus. Prayers and get well wishes for him.

On Friday afternoon Nelson Henry of Fresno, California stopped by to say “Hi” to Glenda Sullivan. He is visiting friends in the area.
