Willa Sims of Ohio Passed away. She was Sylvia Byars’ aunt. Ken Byars attended the funeral while Sylvia was out of town for her 50th anniversary of her high school graduation in Nashville, Tennessee. Her school was the Christian Academy in Japan. Many classmates came and stayed at the Opryland Hotel for the weekend.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth went to a bowling tourney at Scottsburg on Saturday to see grandchildren Kiersten and Kaden McClure bowl with the Kent Christian Church team.

We met a lovely couple last week at the Florence Church picnic. Don and Ginger Delvecchio of Hominy Ridge. Hope to see them again.

There is a big black and white cat standing at my door too often. If he is yours please come and get him or her. Its a beautiful cat but I can’t take care of it.

Nancy Johnson visited her sister Judy Lozier Sunday after church while Judy was getting some outside work done.

Linda Jones took her mom Betty Hargrove to Madison for eye surgery last week. She is doing okay. Lou Wadsworth is still recovering after surgery a couple of months ago. Denny and Mary Lou Bowman’s granddaughter Libby had more surgery on her hand after a wreck a year ago. She is still recovering from that. Get well prayers also for Liz Little, Mary Leo Archer and all in need.
