It seemed kind of quiet in Florence when I visited there last week.

Teresa Turner called to say Bob and Agnes Wheeler were feeling bad last week. Get well prayers for them. Get well also to Pat Slack, Janet Brown, Carolyn Lowe and Ken Byars. Ken is getting better after several weeks of hospitals and doctors.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Denny and Mary Lou Bowman, Glenda Sullivan and Patty Chase enjoyed breakfast at Granny’s on Saturday and got to visit with a lot of friends.

On Wednesday Patty Chase and Glenda Sullivan took Tracy Seale some lunch at The Waters in Madison. They were surprised to see the lines at the drive thru so full even though the sign read dine-in or drive-thru now open.

Glenda Sullivan had some good visits with her friends on the phone this week. Those that called were Joy Dean Lee, Hazel Wilkerson, and Evelyn Leath. They said to say “hi” to all.

Denny and Mary Lou Bowman visited Patty Chase a few times last week and helped with chores. Other visitors of Patty’s was Barbara and Dusty Peaster from Markland, Glenda Sullivan, Mary Leo Archer, Smitty, Linda Jewell Jones and others.
