The Florence Church of Christ had a nice Sunrise Service for Easter on Sunday with a good breakfast and a good service with many attending. Dale and Danilee Thompson were able to be there after Dale’s fall a couple of weeks ago and he looked good.

Carolyn Lowe and Beverly Davis visited Paul David Scott in Hanover in the afternoon.

Roy and Bonnie Duckworth, Judy Lozier and Patty Chase from the Florence Church attended the revival at Pleasant Ridge Church in Ohio County last week and visited a lot of friends for a good service. Mark Scott from Kentucky attended Sunday morning Sunrise Service at Florence while Rhonda had to work. Nadine Swift and Patty Chase visited Linda Jones and Teresa Turner on Sunday night at Fairway Inn near Florence. Debbie Gregory had a nice visit with Patty Chase Sunday afternoon and brought her some really good homemade candy.

Margaret Lee Weidmann has spent a few days in the hospital and is feeling better and may come home today (Monday). Cheryl and Lorraine will be going to see her today and hope to bring her home. Get well to her.

Saturday afternoon Cindy Geis of Greensburg stopped to visit Glenda Sullivan and went to the cemetery to place some spring flowers on the family graves; then on to Roxano’s for pizza and bread sticks; then to visit with Carolyn Lowe. Cindy’s daughter Janice Tuley of Oak Grove, Kentucky is visiting family around Greensburg and she called to order bread sticks from Roxano’s.
