2) In your opinion, what is the single major issue that needs to be addressed by your office?

This would be more pay options for the customers to pay their utility bill.

3) How would you work to fix that issue?

I will be setting up a program with the local bank for a credit card program. This will make it more convenient for customers. With this in place, customers will be able to pay by phone if necessary.

4) If elected, what differences will people see in your office with you there? How will things change?

The biggest change will be extending our closing hour on Fridays to 5 p.m. This will make it more convenient for customers who work out of town. Our current hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
