Bracelets and cupcakes at CAC this Friday

  The Community Art Center’s ‘First Friday’ featured artist for April is Francine Luzak.   She is a Union, Kentucky artist who takes antique jewelry and turns it into beautiful bracelets. These bracelets are so unique that you choose your clothing to go with the bracelet.

  The Community Art Center’s ‘First Friday’ featured artist for April is Francine Luzak.

  She is a Union, Kentucky artist who takes antique jewelry and turns it into beautiful bracelets. These bracelets are so unique that you choose your clothing to go with the bracelet.

  In addition to designing bracelets, she does needle quilted animals; paintings, and dance costumes.

  Visit the Community Art Center tomorrow (Friday, April 6th) and meet Francine from 6-9 p.m. Her work will be featured the entire month of April.

  Also on ‘First Friday’ at 5 p.m., Christy Morgan with Patty’s Cakes will be the art center with her cupcakes.

  The art center is open Sunday through Thursday from noon until 4 p.m.; and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The art center is located at 217 Ferry Street in Vevay.
