The Switzerland County boys soccer team had three matches during the past week.
— On Friday, September 16th, the varsity team fell to South Ripley by a score of 2-0. Goalie Aaron Moore recorded 11 saves in goal.
The junior varsity team picked up a 2-1 win over South Ripley. Aaron Deacon scored the Pacers’ first goal, and the second goal was scored by Kyle Walcott; and assists were recorded by Anthony Williams and Jordan Hewitt. Codey Turner had eight saves as the team’s goalie. The win moved the jayvee record to 2-1-2.
— On Saturday the Pacer varsity was defeated by Oldenburg Academy by a score of 3-0.
— On Monday night, Switzerland County suffered through a 7-0 defeat at the hands of the Lawrenceburg Tigers.
