Evon and Reta Gray of Moorefield celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past weekend at the home of Tracy and Tammy Gray. Evon and Reta would like to thank everyone who worked hard to make this day possible. To Tracy, Tammy, Trey, Tanner and Taylor for using your new big barn to have it in. To April, Jeremy and family for seeing that the good food got there. For the pretty cake and cup cakes.
Thanks to Tammy for the pretty purple punch. Thank you to Tammy’s mother Rita Craigmyle for coming out and helping clean and everything else she did.
Thanks to all those who attended: Evon’s brother Leon and wife Alice; Reta’s sister Pat and husband Bob Slack; Amy Hoskins; Beth Nibarger (Liz had to work); Anna Lee and Lukin; Jeffrey Gray; Noel Evon Gray (even though you had to work); and Noel’s wife and son, Bridgett and Axel.
A big thank you to Haskell and Morrison for the beautiful flowers and to Long Run Baptist Church for a beautiful arrangement of flowers and to Reta’s sister Barabara J. Rice and Husband; Robert Rice, son Terry for sending a beautiful arrangement. Terry lives in Biggs, California and are having lots of health issues. We had a wonderful day and will cherish it always. For the ones that were sick and could not come, we miss you.
Reta and Evon would also like to wish Chauncey Slack a happy 99th birthday on the 22nd of November.
