The seventh grade girls basketball team from Switzerland County Middle School ended its successful season recently with two more wins.
On March 2nd, the Lady Pacers defeated Jac-Cen-Del by a score of 32-12.
Brooke Todd and Makenzie Mathews led Switzerland County with eight points each; while Baylie Scudder added six points. Courtney Pedraza and Megan Chitwood each finished with four points; and Kayla Jordan added two points.
On March 3rd the team wrapped up its year with a convincing 52-4 win over Southwestern.
Kelsi Konkle led the Lady Pacers in scoring with 16 points; while Makenzie Mathews was also in double figures with 10.
Baylie Scudder added eight points; Brooke Todd had six; Courtney Pedraza and Megan Chitwood had four each; and Kayla Jordan and Britney Ervin each contributed two.
Ashley Chase was the team’s coach.
